Decent. They do things that I wouldn't consider admirable but not the worst rental company in boone by any means.

I have had a great experience with Brown Heights Properties in Boone, NC this past year. The property manager, Sandy, great with dealing with her tenants. Overall, it is an inexpensive and solid place to live as an App State student or anyone else who is looking for an apartment in the Boone Area.
