If I could give the bank itself & Dina a higher rating than just 5 stars they would get 100 stars!!! Took me awhile to find a bank I could trust when I moved here & because of Dina, I have found that! Give this woman a raise & never let her go!! Any other reviews speaking about Dina or the assistant manager badly needs to be deleted, because they are 100% so not true!”

“I am overwhelming impressed! I've been very sick, in and out of the hospital. I went into to the Woodforest in Cherryville, NC to take care of some things with my bank account. I was feeling very weak. Donnie Lewis and Stephanie Forney went above and beyond to help me. The bank was extremely busy when I was there and there was only one chair available to sit in. Ms. Forney insisted that I have a seat. Both Ms. Forney and Mr. Lewis patiently worked with me on some transactions with my account, they were both kind and eager to help. They were so respectful and understanding. If you're looking for a bank who'll treat you like family, take all the time in the world for you, this is the bank for you! The staff is consistent and know you by name. I have an option to use 1000s of share branch locations across the country as well!
