“Went to this location to set up autopay for my car loan. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which was nice. I was informed i could set it up via the online app. Rostario (sorry if I spelled it wrong) walked me into his office and helped me step by step set it up on my phone. I drove to the 2 other locations to cash a check that came from their bank & received no help or guidance to how to move forward until I finally drove to this location. It felt like such a completely different establishment. I applaud this bank in this location & strongly suggest avoiding the other two locations (Main Street & the Shelby location) they waste your time & enjoy the power the get from being as unhelpful as possible.Save your time, gas & just stick with this location when dealing with Alliance Bank & Trust!”

No floor staff like the new hope location that feels friendlier The drive thru is efficient but teller feels far away It feels like a small branch and not big staff They have always are friendly but I drive farther to go to the new hope location for the more personal feel”
