“I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom and dad and their words. This pharmacy is amazing. It’s one of a handful of small town pharmacies that are left and not run out of town by the big overpriced chains! They are super nice and extremely helpful. They always remember us. They are very quick to get prescriptions filled. Their prices are wayyyyy cheaper than the big chain pharmacies. They have a small amount of other items. For every 5 prescriptions filled they give you a dollar to spend on the dollar section. Things like bandages, itch cream, antibiotic ointment and lots of other needed stuff. They will meet or or go less than any other advertised or quoted price for our medication.Medicare has an allotted amount that can be spent yearly on prescriptions, so when you can get more prescriptions for less money here, that’s just good money sense.I believe we should support local when we can.So many small businesses have been shut down.I was on a medications while back that costed me 3$ at another small town pharmacy in Stanley (that had been in business for over 50 years, but had to close their doors due to the shut downs) and at primecare it was a whole dollar less per pill!! That’s a huge savings esp since I was paying out of pocket. This is in a central location to Belmont, Mt Holly, Stanley and McAdenville. They also have a drive through.I just can’t say enough good about this place and I hope if you are reading this that you will give them a chance. You won’t be sorry.”

“Always fantastic customer service. The Gastonia one is closer, but I perfer to go the extra couple of miles. People like Kat in meat/seafood, the nicer variety, and the overall feeling that their employees wanted to be there are great reasons to shop there.”

“Best pharmacy around. Point blank. All the employees there are great. Scott Koone is the best pharmacist y’all could have employed there. Only one bad thing I have to say. Your new phone call in system doesn’t work. Go back to the old one.”

“This is my neighborhood pharmacy. The team is generally nice and I like the drive thru feature. At times, the team seems bothered or distracted, but overall it's good service. I once had an old school handwritten script from my dentist due to pain in my tooth while I awaited a root canal. My dentist said narcotic prescriptions had to be written on paper. However, Teeter refused to fill the perscription, stating that it was "illegal" to fill narcotic scripts without an electronic perscription. I found this to be ridiculous, as the system would be able to tell if I had filled a specific prescription an excessive number of times, etc. This was, of course, after 5pm on a Thursday while I was in severe pain and my dentist office is closed on Fridays. So, I had no way to call them to update the script to digital, etc. The pharmacy tech told me that no one would be able to fill it. Thirty minutes later I had my medication in hand from Walgreens.”

“I went to buy a cane (walking). The one I bought was pretty & etched but it was jammed and would not allow the inner piece to release to lengthen it. A Mgr and I chatted about a silicone device used for jar lids but CVS does not sell them. She disappeared a minute and came back with a work glove which had a rubbery palm. We got that cane to untighten in a minute. She was more than helpful and I am truly thankful as I like that blue etched cane.”

“Melissa Hurley NP and David Mayer NP, both (seen separately on two different occasions) provided excellent diagnostic services and care, taking time to explain options and medications. Very thorough and courteous. Use your smart phone to set an appointment. I checked in using an online code sent to my cellular phone, and arrived 30 minutes early. Instead of making me wait until my appointed time, I was seen immediately.”

“This is where I go to get my Rx filled. (Not my maintenance Rx) I also get my Covid Vax, Flu Vax, and my Pheumonia Vax. The staff in the Pharmacy is ALWAYS friendly and on top of things. One Pharmacist caught where a Doctor of mine prescribed a med that would not go well with another med that I take. He called and told him and got it changed.”
