“Great experience! I saw this pharmacy on the way to pick up my daughter and decide to give it a try. I am so glad I did. I just moved here from Raleigh. In Raleigh I always used small pharmacies. Small pharmacies tend to treat you better than a CVS etc would. I saw this place and had to give it a try. I am glad I did. The lady who was working was so sweet, very helpful and extremely quick. I don't live very close to this pharmacy but That will not determine from coming back here with any future prescriptions. The customer service was great and and that Means so much to me. All I'm saying is do not judge a book by its cover. Small, individually owned pharmacies Are much better and it's better to support a local business!”

“Literally the best gas price for miles and miles. And the lady that is usually working, is super sweet! There's a nice gentleman there as well! But she's always friendly and walks around and talks to people, doesn't just stay held up in the little building! I will say they always have a line. So. Be patient. People will dang near run you over when you hang up the pump! That's ridiculous. But otherwise, the only place we get gas from. ⛽️”

They keep me healthy and they have exceptional knowledge on vitamins and minerals and will steer you in the right direction. “I used to get all of my Mother's meds at Moss Drugs for her because Mr. Moss knew my mother and she never used another pharmacy.... for years! The staff are friendly but if you ever get put on hold now, you can forget about anyone picking the phone up from being on hold. I called 3 times and stayed on hold for over 20 minutes before I finally gave up and hung up! It's sad because I know Mr. Moss wouldn't stand for that! You didn't ignore his customers! He had very high standards and all that seems to have disappeared when this Janet female that runs (or apparently attempts to) this pharmacy now. She's very judgemental, especially if you have to go in like I had done many times. You see, I was my Mother's Caretaker for several years and I would have to go by to pick up her meds in the middle of doing yardwork or that type thing. She always would look down on me because I apparently looked like I work for a living. Sorry, but jean shorts, a T- Shirt and sneakers are just fine to wear to pick up meds. I wasn't nasty and I also wasn't going to take a shower and do my hair just to pick up my Mother's meds. Front end employees have been there forever and they are awesome, Love Angela, she's my go to Girl! I don't go there anymore. I've been a customer of New Hope Pharmacy for several years now and love those girls... they really know how to take care of their customers! I do miss seeing the sweet ladies at Moss but have no desire to ever get my meds there. Sorry, but I don't have filters, I call it like I see it!”

“***I don’t feel the store needs to lose stars based on the manager’s performance or lack there of, so please read full review!This locations CVS staff in general is by far the best I’ve ever come across in terms of prompt servicing, politeness, and simple customer service. However, that said, their manager for this location of whom goes by the name: Alberto, is just terrible. And let me mention, he is a new manager for this location, as he so told me this evening. Alberto decided to play on his phone behind a counter while a line grew behind the first register, and the second register of where I was (this particular register was a self check out). I made it to the self serve register and needed an ID check, so the chime went off to alert a nearby employee, and Alberto, declined to make any attempt to assist at first (still glued to his phone), eventually the chimes turned off and at this point the gentleman started to make a round to assist the first cashier and when she didn’t need his help he came my way. I asked if he could help with the ID check and he didn’t say a word, nor did he check my ID, he simply asked for a birthday and went plugging numbers away. First problem, no acknowledgement of customer needs at either register, and attention to his phone was more important. Second problem, no physical ID check? Ok? So why even have the system…or the employee if the job isn’t being done correctly.Time frame: November 22, 2021, between the time of 6:05pm and 6:18pm. For the record, this was also all on the in-store camera, if further review needs to be made by corporate. Alberto didn’t know me by name, but I did advise him to check Google for this review…so I guess he will know my name now, not that it matters.”

“Always a good variety of meat, produce, cleaning, and canned goods. I appreciate the staff who are friendly, efficient, and helpful. I've used the pick up service and every order is as expected. I've used the fuel center and even though there can be long lines, I get the best price in town ( if you go before 8am, the lives are shorter). The cafe is always quick. I use the app to skip long lines for checkout as well as the cafe. The pharmacy is quick and I get my Rx on time, every time.”

I have the right to survive and not be intentionally put at risk. Just a little wet wipe would help. Why not bag my prescriptions and my identification? They throw everything into the drawer. Let's place those expense prescriptions gently into a cheap plastic bag!”
