“It’s the only pet food store that carries the special freeze dried treats for my cat. I can order them online, but they always come damage so I do my weekly stop into this location to pick them up. Never disappointed with this selection.”

“Towards the end of February, my mom had found the page and made contact with the owner. They made the whole process really easy and were great with getting back to us regarding any questions we may have had. We weren't in the same state, and they were willing to meet us half way with our new little guy. We absolutely love him and are so grateful we found them and him.”
“I was looking up dog food yesterday which is a constant for me, I’m always trying to find a better food for my dog. He’s allergic to chicken and he has skin and coat issues also. So it is a constant battle for me to find something he will actually eat and something that’s good for him. He also has a hard time swallowing his food so sometimes it comes back up so I started blending it into a powder and add water to it at dinner time so he will actually eat it. I went to pet wants yesterday after I found them and was not disappointed!! Kelly was very friendly and really helpful, she answered any questions I had and even told me more information than I knew I needed. It was one of the only times I felt confident in the food I was buying for my dog. I got home and I put some of the new food in (I didn’t blend it) just wanted to test it. HE ATE IT, NO ISSUES SWALLOWING AT ALL!! And he also gets very excited at meal time now. And I just wanted to say thank you so much. Keep doing what you’re doing. I know I appreciate yall.”
“Just moved to North Carolina in the last year and had to find a new groomer for my Havanese. He is normally a bit squirmy when being brushed or groomed, and has difficulty sitting still or cooperating with groomers. Our last groomer had complaints about him, and he was never excited to go. The second time I took him to Bow Wow Boutique he started recognizing where we were going and getting excited. The third time I asked him if he wanted to go to the groomer and he bolted to the door and waited excitedly. He always looks great after I pick him up and always smells terrific, but ultimately the most important thing to me is that he is safe, happy, and not stressed out. That’s what I get here! It is clear that he is treated well and is not upset about going.”

“Great people in the Warehouse. Driveway into office/warehouse is twisty and narrow. It was hard to stay on the pavement with my 40 ft trailer, a 53 ft trailer would be even harder. Bad design.”

“Visited to pick up a dog for a national rescue organization. Pleasantly surprised at how clean the main area was. They seem very organized with an electronic check in that is required when you arrive. They have two enclosed rooms that potential adoptees can visit with the pets. I trust and hope the back areas are just as clean and nurturing for the animals!”
“My fiancé and I came to this facility on 2/11 and walked out with a beautiful Pitty for a Staycation. Everyone was very warm, chipper and helpful. When we got there it was very busy but they were handling the crowd well. We didn’t wait too long to interact with the dog of our choice. I read past reviews and it looks like they’re working on their customer service. We were very satisfied with our visit.”

“I visit often. I use Banfield for my cat Luna's checkups. She doesn't like it very much but everyone is so friendly there. They try to help her calm down but she's a cat. Most pets don't like the vet. Very friendly staff!”

“I stopped by here yesterday to pick up some salt water. I got there just as they were about to close, but the two young ladies working stayed and were both very helpful. I didn't want to keep them any longer than I had to so I only browsed there fish/coral selection for a minute or two. Everything looked clean and healthy so I'll definitely be going back.”
