“Ive only been here once, but they were extremely helpful to me, I had to replace a transmission. it came with the warranty but i never had to use it, since i ended up having to sell the vehicle before that time came. but the lady at front desk was helpful to me when i was there, I did have to go searching for her when i had to come back though, no one was around. might need a bell at front desk for people who are lost.”

“The Pughs' service is excellent because one time a year ago, I went into the office one morning asking for a tire rotation. They were busy but the guy at the service desk said, ' he'd put me in line and try his best to get it done that day'. That's without me making an appointment and he went out of his way to squeeze me into thier busy schedule. Then, after the technician rotated , he was kind enough to let me talk with him for a second, and treated my vehicle cautiously and with care when he parked it. No scratches or dents. Very professional and easy going company. I'd recommend them to anybody. Just remember they are busy and have patience ,because its worth the time.”
