Tonight’s dinner was boneless chicken breasts in white sauce! So tender and delicious we want to do it again soon. These guys/gals know what they are doing!

I love coming to the chop shop. Great cuts you don't find at a chain grocery store. Beef cheeks, pork belly, and more. I make sure to visit whenever I come to Asheville.

This place is amazing I want to support them. However, I couldn't bring myself to buy anything as it's incredibly expensive.
