The owner took the time to talk to me about what I liked, offered suggestions (with samples) and even gave us a little ice pack to keep the cheese cold for the long drive home.”

I got a reservation number; got there and even though a very long line… it went quickly. All of the staff and consequently all of us in line were in good spirits. “Chef and restauranteur from out town here. We stop on Dec 30 looking for a 6 pound rib roast the staff it's incredible after not seeing any rib roast I ask the butcher and very friendly working with a full house he tells me don't worry I got chu. He got us out the back and cut it there for us a fantastic rib roast the marbel on the meat was incredible. Cook that bad boy at 350F 20 min per pound and to be honest it's hands down top 2 best rib roast I ever cook the meat was so tender I didn't ask him but for sure was dry age. Defenely stoping by again and recommending it to anybody who step in Asheville. 10 out 10 thank you guys.”
