“Asheville Mall Store - Enjoyed talking to the employees, I was greeted when I walked in and was left to browse but any questions I had the gentleman answered them. I got two hats embroidered and felt at ease that I was not taken advantage of. Store was clean and everything was in neat order. Thank you Mr. Walker and guy who never goes home on time. Y’all did great! ?”

“Everything was great! Except for this one man, he kept touching his hair and then proceeded to touch my purchase while going back and forth from touching his head and touching my purchase. I didn’t appreciate knowing that his hair follicles would get on my purchase. I would just stay away from him or ask for another person!”

“I stopped into get a fitting and was taken care of by Madeline. She was awesome. Very kind and informative. It was a very comfortable situation in whole. Meaning there was no push for a sale and I didn’t feel rushed. I also had a small interaction with Billy. What stood out to me was their customer service. You don’t feel like a customer but they make you feel like a friend. They want to help any way they can. I left with the information I was looking for especially after an ankle injury. For my future purchases I will be coming back for the simple fact that they are not pushy and actually put care in the person they are helping. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference. Thank you Madeline for making my experience amazing and informative without it being Intimidating.
