Customer service was fantastic. Brian was the one who helped us. He was great to offer advice and always responded quickly to emails. Being professional, polite and engaging is how you earn and keep customers. I would highly recommend Liberty Bicycles!!

One of the best shops around! I live in VA and purchased a Norco Optic online from Liberty this past week. The communication and help they provided is next level. If you're looking for an awesome deal at a fantastic price be sure to hit Chris up and he'll get you going. 10/10 recommend!

I ride an electric, fully suspended recumbent trike, and Liberty has always had what I needed, or was able to get it for me in a short time - including software updates for the motor. Their range of accessories is great, and their work has always been a 10 out of 10.
