This great recycled 1926 building now houses impressive works of many artists. Some of the most unique creations I've seen by dozens of artists all under one roof. This is not your typical "crafts show." A person could spend hours in here just admiring, if not buying.

Asheville is filled with businesses that support local artists, and Kress is one of them. I love the open concept and set up of Kress. There's plenty of space to peruse the different booths. Loved the variety. We ended up picking up a few handcrafted items. What a gem.
Asheville's Kress Emporium showcases the work of over 80 regional artists and craftspeople along with a wide selection of fine antiques and collectibles. Built in 1928, the historic Kress Building is an outstanding architectural landmark with its rich ceramic tile and neoclassic motifs.
