My kid and I regularly stop by this store if we are at the mall. The main reason is to visit Emily and check out the new merch. She is so friendly and helpful. She spends time with you and makes you feel welcomed. I couldn’t imagine the place without her! We usually don’t leave empty handed and always leave happy.

I like the staff and the environment. The managers are really nice and considerate. Shoutout to the one guy with the long hair. Always a cool guy and helps me out a lot. The girl (Emily) always has the coolest makeup & knows really how to do her job.

i used to live closer to the mall so i was constantly in hot topic and im glad to say i’ve become friends with most of the employees but truly now that i live further the only reason i still make the hour long trip is to see Emily! even if she wasn’t my friend she is still so incredibly helpful and kind!
