Smiling, happy to help, friendly and a FANTASTIC resource for information not only on the stock and offerings at the store but on the area for us new " transplants" . Felipe was so wonderful when my grandma and I came in totally clueless about what was going on with our phone service after moving from FL. made my beat up looking phone brand new with easy accessories. He was fast efficient and sweet when helping us out. Thanks Felipe!
