The best place to be for cell service. Only problem is they should explain better when selling electronics that there is no refunds for products not working. Alot of money spent for NO REFUND
So the first interaction we had was back in August and Jose, the store manager, was so wonderful to us. He's our favorite customer service rep. I highly recommend, we always have fun when we come in to the store. Plus they have great service plans and we just love everything. Thanks to everyone on the team.
Poor customer service. Wanted to get iPhone 6 Plus and add lines. I as charged $20 before he told me they didn’t even have the phones in stock. Was also told no other nearby stores had them in stock. Would not refund me the $20. I called Greensboro myself and they have plenty in stock.
