“I had desperately been trying to deal with an issue through customer service call center for weeks that just wasn’t getting resolved. Went in to the store as a last attempt to resolve. Everyone working there was so kind and listened empathetically of my situation and when I explained what happened with a warranty return, they explained the process clearly as to what may have happened. They took down my information and assured me they would look into it for me. The manager followed through with her word and contacted me back today with a resolution. By far the best customer service I’ve had.”

Smiling, happy to help, friendly and a FANTASTIC resource for information not only on the stock and offerings at the store but on the area for us new " transplants" . It was a great pleasure to speak with her today 11/18/2023 at approximately 3 ish p.m.”
“My son bought me an oversized recliner chair that I had looked at awhile back. Staff was so helpful and friendly. They had to order the chair, which came in right on time, and was delivered and set up exactly when they said it would be. So pleased with the whole experience of dealing with Aarons.My new super size chair is so comfortable. Easily fits me, 2 grands and a dog and cat, lol. I couldn't be any happier”

“I was reluctant to go to the Verizon store in Asheboro but I made an appointment and went in. I will say I was pleasantly surprise. The staff were all very helpful and the sales associate was not only helpful but enjoyable to chat with while my new phone was loading. Would recommend the store and staff to anyone.”
