“This is such a great practice!! I volunteer with a cat rescue group and like going here so much that I use them for my personal cats too! The vets are very knowledgeable and caring. They are not looking to do a money grab like some of the local vets prescribing tests and medications that are not really needed. The techs are so good handling the cats....even the spicy & cranky ones!! They never get angry and are always soft spoken with the cats. They are also extremely compassionate when an owner has to euthanize one of their cats. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful and make sure they address all your needs either on the phone or when checking out on site. The fact it is a cat only facility is awesome and the icing on the cake. I would recommend Cat Care to any cat owner! Prices are reasonable.”

“I called them on a Saturday after trying several poison controls that wanted $85-$95 to answer. One question my 45 pound dog ate a 75 mg Lyrica at first they gave me the numbers to poison controls. I called back and explained that they wanted money and how much to answer one question was that dangerous to my dog? Does my dog need to go to an emergency hospital? They are not my vets. My vet is closed and the number they leave is one of the numbers that charges $95 to answer a question which I will be telling Vet about however they were so kind and so sweet the lady I spoke to on the phone I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she did go and ask Dr and no It was not poisonous they do give them to dogs for problems sometimes and it will just make her lethargic however, keep an eye out for an adverse reaction. They did not have to do this as they are not my vet so I would highly recommend taking my animal there if they would go out of the way to help someone who's dogs are not even a patient .”
“I didn't have a vet. They were able to get us in right away. Very friendly staff. Assistant Jennifer was great. Saw Dr Lyons she was wonderful with my dog, Fitzgerald. Came in got right down on the floor to examine him. Would highly recommend this office.”
“I couldn't recommend this place high enough. First of all, when you walk through the door it looks like you're at a child's doctor's office. It's so bright and colorful. Very clean. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was really nice and explained the process well. The vet was thorough and took her time explaining everything to me. The vet assistant, Zoe was the best. She made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. The prices are so reasonable. My dog acts like a puppy again. The vet identify the problem right away and gave us solutions. Bentley thinks you so much!”
“Good vet nd service. The front desk is nice and attentive. meds are a bit pricey tho. the vet was a wise knowledgeable man n he answered all our concerns. They were able to make my 5lb (usually moody) chihuahua feel at home and nonaggressive. Make an appointment but expect to wait a lonnnng line ahead of you. They are always busy and very popular with the pet owners in town - as is expected.”

“I know people have their opinions about this, mostly negative, however, although it was an awkward set up. The staff was amazing and kind with our dog, tried to interact with him as best they could, they were understanding for our reason of not being able to access his past medical records, the girl checking us in was not only thorough, but very helpful when we had questions. Yeah, sure, it’s an awkward set up, but anywhere else, you’d be paying probably double for what you get here! For what it is, it’s worth it imo. I’m glad my dogs first adult vaccines since being a puppy were here, I was nervous it might be a bad experience but it was quite the opposite. Thank you to the staff!!”
