“This is a wonderful vet practice. I have been coming here since we moved to the area 8 years ago.So many people have experienced vets that try to nickel and dime you; this practice is not like that. I am very sensitive to my dog's health issues and several times that I have asked for bloodwork or an xray they've recommended not doing it as bloodwork had been done recently or they didn't feel there was a need.We live less than 10 minutes from here so I have referred several neighbors to them. One neighbor had a 16 year old dog in great health. The vet she was seeing recommended palliative care and just wanted to drug her dog up. She started going to Bel Aire and with Dr. Packard's care her dog lived another 2 years not drugged up.Another neighbor just thanked me tonight for referring her to Dr. Haymore (who my dog currently sees and we absolutely love him and Ashley). Her dog had experienced a somewhat serious kidney issue and it seems her dog's kidney values are back to normal with their care.My dog has a sensitive stomach and was experiencing issues despite being on a prescription diet. Haymore took the time to listen to me read off the ingredients on her treats. He immediately zeroed in on an ingredient in one treat and told me to cut that one out. Stomach issues were resolved.This is a really great practice with people who truly care about your animals. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“My cats got allergic reaction to a medicine and that was the reason of my visit here.The staff was friendly and attentive. I did have to wait a little past my appointment time to get checked.The nurses are nice as well as the doctor. Vet visits are not cheap which i found out afterwards so so don’t be surprised. If they tell you they want to do treatments or anything else, just be sure to ask about the cost beforehand.I would recommend this place for cat owners.”

For years we have had a vet in Randolph and over time we became disenchanted with the practice .Plus it's like 25 minutes from me on winding roadsAn acquaintance of mine recommended archdale animal clinic so I took a couple of the dogs there on a test run. I really liked it. The dog seemed to really like it. ?They have lots of vets, and all the vets we've seen are knowledgeable and are easy to talk to. and The staff are great. With so many vets, it is a lot easier to get an appointment in a timely way. They do grooming and boarding I think but I have not done that yet.”

“My cat became extremely ill seemingly out of nowhere. Gate City was able to get me in the Tuesday after New Years day and get him on antibiotics and other necessary medication. I've been in a tight spot financially and they helped me find resources to help. They were extremely kind and helpful and truly wanted to help me get my baby feeling better. Its been almost 2 weeks and although he is not back to normal he's gotten so much better. I couldn't thank Gate City and their staff enough for their care and support! “We started going here last year upon moving to the area. The folks are super nice, doctors really good. They have been right on top of keeping our aging Scottie healthy and I am very pleased with their services. They recently started our dog on Librela for arthritis and she has responded extremely well. (My only 'complaint" is that the shot costs $52-- worth it; but they charge $47 to administer the shot. I think that is very unreasonable, especially since this is a monthly injection and the cost totals $99.19. Pretty steep price for a couple minutes work.)”

He was so kind, compassionate, spent a great deal of his time just talking to me about supplements and arthritis that she has. We also talked about football and hockey :) Dr. Haggerty was so kind, authentic and legitimately cares for his dog/cat patients. His staff is also wonderful!!!I moved here from Minneapolis, MN and I'm SO happy I found this vet clinic!!! The prices are amazingly affordable. I had all her vaccinations updated, her heartworm test and got all the meds she needs. Dr. Haggerty spent time loving up on Sugar and was just so kind! We have most definitely found our vet!!!! Thank you Doc and staff, for being so awesome with not only Sugar but me as well!!! See you in a few months for more flea/tick meds ;) Thank you!!!”
