“Great storage with accurate, honest pricing. What you see is what you will pay. The facility is clean and well kept. Preston does a great job running EASS. I’ve rented for nearly 2 years and I don’t have a single complaint. It is gated and fenced all the way around. Good parking spots for outdoor toys and good storage as well. I will need another unit in the coming months and I will be renting from here. I have not experienced a price increase yet, which is the biggest factor in renting from here!”

I recently acquired a new storage unit at Ample Storage Center located in Apex and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and assisted by the incredible team of Susan and Betty; what an absolute delight they are!
Susan greeted me with a friendly smile and made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. Betty took the time to answer all my questions with patience and care. And Tony—he was very thorough when it came to picking up the truck that I had reserved.
It’s rare to find such a helpful, kind, and personable team. They each went above and beyond to ensure I my needs were met. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it’s the people here who truly make the difference.
