“Recently got a set of Michelins for my 2021 Tesla. Jay was knowledgeable and helpful. They had my Pilot Sport 4AS’s ordered and on the car SAME DAY. When he rang me up, we’d already agreed on the price, but the amount dropped by over $100. He said they’d gotten an additional discount from Michelin and they always pass that along to the customer. I was SHOCKED! An honest business owner in 2025? Pure gold!”

We literally called JD a hero for the excellent service, from taking time to check accurate details, several price ranges, and telling us exactly what we needed to be safe, and never upselling or trying to push at all.
We needed several major items taken care off, and were personally shown the wear & damage, given estimates and options, but most of all JD let us figure out our needs, let us get a plan and budget, then made it happen to his best ability.
Everyone here is incredibly friendly but professional, even short-staffed, they checked on everyone, met all questions and this is the second time we've come here over ANY other shop, and will keep giving our business to this location, nothing and no one comes close!

I was in Winston Salem area for a surgery for someone in my family and my tire was noticeably flat when I got back to my car. Jeremiah helped me out quickly and I was so grateful to have his help in a somewhat stressful time for me. He was kind, considerate, and got the job done. I just had to give a shout-out!! “Noticed car was leaking oil due to oil pan plug was loose and appeared to be stripped from last oil change. If unable repair, I knew this was going to be cost thousands due to the level of work and the holidays being here. My brother personally referred me to his favorite mechanic shop “Mock Tire Country Club”. After dropping my car off, Travis called an hour later to inform me of the issue, that it was successfully repaired, and it only cost $87 which was the cost of the oil change! I immediately said he was “THE MAN” and he said “make sure you tell that to my wife, lol!” Trust and believe when I arrived I did just that, Travis is “THE MAN”! These four words describe my experience with Mike, Pierre and all of the staff at this firestone. I had a nail in my tire and googled tireshops, i had a guy quite me $106 and decided it was too much for my cars single tire. I called firestone and they not only just patched it but they helped me do a needed diagnostic for my car. Along the way they walked me through what I needed, fixed the tire while I got breakfast and then put back my spare in my truck and I had a boatload of stuff.
Its the smallest things and the extra mile that makes service exceptionally pleasant.
