“Dropped my Wright Stander off for repair on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Had them install Oregon mulching blades as well. They had my mower back to me within a week even though the blades had to be ordered. They gave me a call with an update on Thursday and called me to pick up on Friday. Picked up Saturday morning and just had the best mow I’ve ever had with this mower. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They were also extremely fair on pricing and their service was top notch. I’ll be taking more business here”

Although we were some 19 months post closing, they addressed the issue without any pushback. We were extremely pleased with the timeliness of the resolution. Their technicians were very respectful of our home and were the utmost professionals.”
“We hade a tire on our trailer go out. We went in and talk to the employees and they were super helpful. Shout out to the employee Kurt, who was the most helpful and gave us all the tools we needed. He was also very kind and handled the situation very professionally.”
“I purchased a lawn mower as a father's day gift for my husband in the store that was actually sold only online. I had it delivered to my home. Unfortunately, I needed help to get it assembled. Although the store policy was that I could not have the lawnmower assembled by the store (even though the gentleman that does the assembles was in the store at the time) there were a few store associates that went out of the way to assist and did so outside in the sweltering heat. I want to thank them for all that they did and give a shout out to Gene, Ramona, Jason and Swairu. Thank you so very much.”

** 11/23/23 revised. Needed to return an item without a receipt. They would not even give a store credit. It cost less than $10 but I still hate losing my money. It was purchased there, it's still an item they stock, but none of that matters. If you pay cash for ANYTHING at Lowe's you better keep your receipt! Customer satisfaction is definitely not near the top of their list of priorities. *** Only issue, seems like they are always moving things around. Saw the overhead sign that said cleaning supplies. Went up and down two isles, cleaning supplies were not there. Finally found them at the front of the store.”
“Great customer service! This is now our "go-to" store as they understand the word "empathy" (and we don't live in the area). I had delivery issues with some items I ordered from another HD store. Long story short, the staff at Winston Salem store took care of me right away as they understood the situation and was compensated for the problems I've been through. Their staff were kind and sympathizes with you, and their manager, Ryan, was professional and took care of my problem right away. He understood the value of making your customers happy, for possible "repeat" customers for the future. Thank you all!”
