“This is a great tool store. The tools they sell work for my edc tool bag I use most every day. I oicked out the tools that fit in my tool bag. The price was great, and the quality was great on the tools I bought. If you are old enough and you remember this tool company, you are old. Buffalo tools. They used to come around, and I would buy tools from them . I still have those tools they work, but I replaced them with tools from Harbor Freight”
“Ordered online and had it sent to the store the order was split in to two different orders with two different delivery dates. The first one was pulled from the store and was ready the next morning. No issues at all with that, all went great. The second had to come from a warehouse or another store and was stated it would be there by 2/1/2024. I was notified this morning that UT was there and in a locker. I printed off the sheet with the barcode and number on it and went by this afternoon and scanned the barcode at the lockers and it popped open with the rest of my order. Works great! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!”

“According to Liberty Hardware's website, the business was founded in the 1940s by a Jewish man who fled Europe for the United States. He named the business "Liberty" because of the freedom that the nation gave him. Today, Liberty Hardware manufactures brands such as Liberty, Brainerd, Franklin Brass, and Delta. For years, I have used most of these brands in my homes. Most recently, I purchased a closet system from Closets by Liberty. The closet system was available in a range of sizes from 3 feet to 11 feet wide. I compared prices on websites such as Liberty, Home Depot, and Lowes. I decided to purchase a 10-foot closet system on Home Depot's website. The regular price was $2,472, but I bought it on sale for $2,101. Six days later, UPS delivered several boxes to me. The closet can be installed by a non-professional, but I hired a handyman to install my closet. He noticed that one frame lacked a threading component. I emailed Liberty Hardware, and only about one hour later, a courteous customer service representative replied and said that he ordered a replacement vertical kit package. Five days later, the replacement package arrived in the mail, and my handyman returned to finish the assembly of the closet. Across the handyman's two visits, the total time for installing the *entire* closet was a few hours. Attached to this review is a photo of my finished closet with clothes in it. I really like how stylish and sturdy the closet is, how it is attached with brackets to a wall to prevent tipping, and how I can reposition the rods and shelves later if I want. Today, I noticed that Closets by Liberty's website (which is *different* than the parent company's website; search for the URL online) has a *50%-off* coupon! I could have paid only $1,236--several hundred dollars less than what I paid! Grr! If you are interested in purchasing a closet system from this company, then I highly recommend that you sign up for emails from their website, so you might hear about their sales and coupons.”
“It's Home Depot, if you have been to one you have been to all of them. Everyone is always very friendly, especially at this location. Although with its size it can be hard to find someone to help (I can only imagine the overhead expense it would take to fully staff). I do wish the front "aisles" were better marked with aisle and bay numbers. I prefer Home Depot to Lowes for most things!”

“Great customer service! This is now our "go-to" store as they understand the word "empathy" (and we don't live in the area). I had delivery issues with some items I ordered from another HD store. Long story short, the staff at Winston Salem store took care of me right away as they understood the situation and was compensated for the problems I've been through. Their staff were kind and sympathizes with you, and their manager, Ryan, was professional and took care of my problem right away. He understood the value of making your customers happy, for possible "repeat" customers for the future. Thank you all!”
