“I bought my car from Lead Honda Yorkville in Sept this year. It was a 2024 with under 20 000 miles on it. Honda certified. Almost immediately i noticed it wasn't shifting right and the engine sounded very loud. Lead Honda had me bring it in a few times to trouble shoot it. It wasn't easy for them to find out what the issue was. Third time was a charm. They found the problem in my engine and to make it right they had to replace my whole engine, block up. So impressive that they went through all this trouble for me. Thats how important it is to them to make it right and make their customers happy. Oh..plus a brand new pilot loaner car when they had my car. Definitely recommend Lead Honda in Yorkville. Shout out to CJ for tracking all the progress and being a great customer service rep ! “We went to hard back home for a 3 day drive back to Texas after visiting family and our vehicle battery was dead. A neighbor jumped the car and we went straight to auto zone for a new battery. We had zero tools since we were traveling but Jay and Soup graciously changed out the battery for us! Super grateful to them for their help in getting us on the road headed home! “I tried Don’s to reupholster my aged motorcycle seats after they started to crack and rip from 16+ years of sun damage. I was not disappointed.
The seats came out beautifully and were a fraction of the cost of replacing the seats from Kawasaki . I would definitely use them again if I need any other upholstery needs!”
