“The customer service was amazing Juan went above and beyond. I had a part that i knew would be hard to find and thought id have to pay oem prices at the dealer! We compared oem to the computer and it was not a match. I thanked him and left. He came out the door after me and aske me if he could have a few minutes to try and find the part. I told him for my car they make two different types. He worked his magic and showed me a picture of the part i needed. He then tokd me if i need it it Will be here in about an hr and also offered to deliver them locally for me( just a bolt for my brake caliper) i was hyped. I came back and picked the part up on my way somewhere and they matched perfectly. The Destin staff went above and beyond for a part under 20.00. They have a customer for life now. Thank you guys again.”

“I have never written a YELP review but this review is worth expressing to others because my experience with Joseph at A&A was a refreshing departure from the norm in the auto repair business. I could write about their professionalism or how courteous they were but Josephs honesty is what compelled me to write this review:I had a mechanical issue with my driver-side window and Joseph quoted me what the charge would be. Although I knew it was going to be expensive I had no choice but to give the go-ahead. Later that day I received a call from Joseph that he was able to do the job for less than I was quoted. I was shell-shocked that an automotive repair guy would actually lower the rate. That has never happened to me.Not only will I forever be taking my car to A&A for repairs but I am going to share this with all my friends in the city who have cars.”

“My salesman was Jorge, and I was with the BMW of Manhattan for three years. I bought my car in New Jersey. Save me the trip from going to New Jersey. I had no problems with BMW Of Manhattan. When it was time to check my vehicle, they would send me a video going over in detail with my car. And what needs to be done or close enough later must be replaced. They also have an indoor garage. It is Well attended. Jorge never hesitated if I needed to answer any questions and was transparent with our conversation.”

“for all those complaining about the gas prices being too high yall need to fill up in elsewhere then cuz manhattan aint cheap and these honest people buy the gas at much higher price with higher taxation rate + gas delivery etc. hence the higher prices displayed. stop crying about the gas and take your cheapness to NJ or the other boroughs or just walk. highly recommend this place for the garage services and honesty of the staff.”
