He listened to my concerns about replacement ( had the glass replaced at safelite and there was condensation afterward) he found the issue and pointed out other issues and resolved them immediately. “When I arrived for my appointment I was told it would be two to three hours for the windshield replacement. It turned out they were right. I waited three hours. While waiting there I heard several people (also waiting) talk about there past terrible experience at Safelite including long waits; misaligned glass; black goo on the dash,headliner, and glass.
My experience was just as expected and just as I was told by the service desk attendee. A long wait but I did not experience any problems.”
