“Just had headlights restored on my 2012 GMC Acadia by Flex Auto Glass! Couldn't be happier! Had tried in-store restoration kit on own and while it helped with the oxidation coloring a bit, the scratches it caused or revealed afterwards made it seem worse than when I started (you can see the scratches all along the middle of my light in the picture I provided). Found Flex Auto Glass online and reached out. He was able to come out that very day to my home, was able to restore the headlamps in <2 hours time, and the results were outstanding. I was so impressed by his professionalism, patience and amount of time/effort he spent on detailing/restoring the headlamps, etc. He restored them to a quality like new (see other picture) and at a fraction of what it would have cost me to replace them as I had been contemplating. “My experience with D&R was exceptional. I had two heated seats and a remote starter with alarm put in my vehicle. All of the employees were so kind. Their facility was neat and well organized. They kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle throughout the process. They allowed me to work on my computer in their break room so I would have a table to use. It took them less than three hours to do all items. Their workmanship was impeccable and they did a great job of showing me how to use my new remote start with the alarm. “I needed to have my windshield replaced on my vintage rockin' party van. It had a crack that previously passed inspection, but had stretched and now failed inspection. I called the Wehrle Rd. store directly, but was clearly routed to a call center. This was fine though because my call was handled promptly and expediently. The representative took me through everything to schedule the repair and bill my insurance directly. We scheduled with the Wehrle shop for the very next day. Well, the morning of my repair, I go out to start my vintage rockin' party van, and no dice. We have had some battery issues before, and it finally bit the dust. I called the Glass America dispatcher number, and got right through to a local person. I apologized for having to cancel last minute, but to my chagrin, she offered to send a technician right to my house! Within a few hours, a guy was in my driveway replacing my windshield. He was friendly, and did great work. Over the next couple days, I got confirmation that everything was accurately processed and covered by my insurance, so the whole transaction with Glass America went perfectly smooth. As for my vintage party rockin' van? We replaced the battery, and she once again purrs like a kitten. (Well, a rusty, old, loud, bad-ass kitten). If you need to have your windshield replaced, I'd highly recommend this Glass America location. Excellent and fast service all around!”

“Got a chip on my winsheild and a few weeks later probably about a foot and a half Crack from bottom to half way up. Called insurance since I do have glass coverage. They asked who I'd like to go to. Stated safelite, since they filled a previous chip. They called right away to schedule an appointment, got in opening this morning 9/26. Dropped car off gentleman was very kind and pleasant. He gave some pointers like no car wash for a few days and gently closing the doors. Was great to work with. As of right now glass looks great!! Very pleased with service!”
