“I love this gym in specific. They are ALWAYS available parking lot, its always clean, staff are way too nice and understandable. One day my shake drop and the floor was super messy, after I called someone to pass me the mop, they reject me of doing it and clean it right away with no face, no complaint and no attitude, they 100% understood it was an accident.I come before they open, when when the guy open the door receives everyone with a “morning sister/brother”, the atmosphere and the feeling of home. I just love it too much, the only time I don't recommend a lot of people to go it's in the afternoon because it's fully pack even though they have multiples machine of the same to avoid the long wait. Like I said 100/10 I LOVE IT.”

As someone who is literally in this place 7 days a week, ill be the first to say they are above the rest of the local fitness centers. New equipment coming in frequently, clean environment to workout in, amazing sense of community amongst its diverse members and social presence that includes member shoutouts and all!!! You will feel like you are a part of this gym from the moment you join. Open 24 hours monday to friday and i think they only close like one day a year. This is the premium packaged gym in our area.”
“What a unique CrossFit gym!The coaches, community, programming and space are all spectacular.I love to take class here. The coaches and community are all so friendly.There's strongman programming in the workouts a couple days a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays), which is pretty different and thrilling. After a couple of weeks here, we've done work with equipment like stones, sandbags, tires, sledgehammers and kegs. Not something you expect to see everywhere!I love the space and the big garage door. When it's open for some air or the light, it's so refreshing.So thankful that Dutch Kills is in the area.”

I have nothing but positive things to say about Uptown Movement it is a really great place with wonderful people.”
“Great gym through and through, especially with the improvements made as of late. However, recent trends in culture internally has proven some concerning trends. Why certain members think taking squat/deadlift racks to themselves for hours on hand to chest press minimal weights is beyond me. Perhaps staying on FaceTime between sets is a culture to “life” that they want to provide with the “fitness” we all strive for.”
