Sometimes you get a sales person who should be an example for all sales people; this was my experience with Zana. She not only handled my returns with courtesy and knowledge, but she did it efficiently and speedily. Lovely store and lovely sales help!

I really like this Loft store and the quality of the clothing they carry. They also have a nice petite dept which not all stores have.
