He checked my size, asked all the right questions about the type of look I was going for, made professional suggestions, and handled everything like a PRO! If you go to the store ask for him specifically, you will instantly see why. Once the tux came in I took it to Terrell and he even made suggestions about how to get it tailored so I can save money. “i came to carters babies and kids to pick up some clothing for a 3 year old and 1 year old and the very kind and helpful gal who helped me find the perfect gifts made the visit a stress free one and prices made me purchase more clothing then i planned to. from clothing , acessories , shoes ,they carry a decent selection and everything is displayed in plain view which makes browsing simple and clear. i spent about 180 bucks and the little tots will get a bunch of christmas boxes on dec 25 . i got a few birthdays coming up next month for my friends babies and carters babies and kids will see me again . location is in yonkers on central ave .”

“I had a very good experience here yesterday. I told Yanitza what I was looking for and the requests from my feet so that they say "Oooh!" with relief. I tried on about 6 pr of sneakers (Nike, Adidas, Brooks) and was about to settle for a pr by Brooks when I remembered that I had read an article about the best sneakers for women with HIGH ARCHES. They had the recommended Brooks (tho not appealing to me because the color was bright red, black, green, white). I tried them on anyway to see how they felt. Suddenly I was sighing "Oooh!" Yanitza offered to look for other colors online. Unfortunately, they could only be ordered by women's footlocker (now called six:02). Yanitza wrote out the details for these Brooks Ghost 11 sneakers (sku #, style, etc) and I was able to order from the "sister" store. They haven't arrived yet. So looking forward to walking far in these Brooks!”

Didn't want to lie, so I was stuck with her. A month later, I am so happy that I did. I purchased an insert and now the bag holds its shape and surprisingly is bigger than I thought. The insert 100% helps maximize the space. I will 100% be back.”

“ASK FOR SUZANNE! My daughter and I were shopping across the road at DSW. I mentioned to her a few times that a New Balance store was across the road and we should take a look. Of course, the teenager declined. Of course, after not being satisfied with the selection she opted for the run across the road. I'M SO GLAD WE DID. We enetered the store was looked at and not acknowledged by a male sales representative, who really doesn't matter. I felt after a quick browse of the store we were not going to receive customer service worthy of our time and money. Boys and girls I was incredibly wrong. Out from the back, I assume she was, as she was not on the sales floor upon our arrival, appears the GREAT SUZANNE. Her greeting, her patience, her time, her knowledge, her energy is all I'd like to share. She measured my daughters feet and was on the move. She wasted no time in asking the right questions and providing several selections based upon the answers given. My daughter was able to have her "footing" corrected with the assistance of Suzanne. My daughter made her choice. I had no intention of making any purchases, however, the service and knowledge that Suzanne provided for my daughter, I decided I wanted a pair of shoes also. Suzanne measured, asked questions and was on the move to provide that wonderful experience again. Amidst our light banter and trying on my selections Suzanne learned something about my daughter and was so happy for her. She went above and beyond her customer service for New Balance and she made a phone call and was able to provide my daughter with some valuable information. I found the shoe I wanted, but, the store did not have my size, sadly. I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF SUZANNE! Did I forget to mention the sneakers that my daughter chose are everything and more where comfort is desired...Suzanne you are remarkable at what you do and who you are...DON'T CHANGE.
