I've been dealing with some estate issues for the family and Chase Bank has done an absolutely stellar job. Be it in California or New York. The people are on top of their game. This small but friendly Bank may not have thelocal theme of downtown WP, but it is THE BEST when it comes to Customer Service, very helpful Tellers, and a free lot behind and across the street. I have closer branches but go out of my way here where I get 5 Star Banking.
