They also try very hard to get your vehicle back to you by the time they say it will be done. I've been going to them for years. In all reality I don't like going to them because that means something has gone wrong with my vehicle! But, they make the best of me coming to them by finding out what's wrong and then doing their best to get me back on the road. And that's why I keep coming back.”

“The service department at Empire Buick GMC of White Plains has always been great to us! We've been going to them since 2010. Lydia Gutierrez, our service advisor almost every time we bring our car in, is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things to us so we understand exactly what is going on with our car.
We brought our car in recently because there was a horrible stench coming in from the vents while our car would be in drive mode. We suspected something (vermin, rat, mouse) died someplace under the hood or the very least, went to the bathroom on the cabin filter. We did have that replaced and had someone else look to see if they could find where the bad smell was coming from before bringing our car in, but they couldn't find anything and changing the cabin filter didn't do the trick. The service department at Empire Buick GMC of White Plains found it! No one could tell what it actually was, but it was definitely a dead animal. Great job to Lydia and the Service team!”

“My buddy recommended this shop so I decided to give it a try. Took my 2000 Acura Integra to do the front wheel bearing and hubs, guys were very honest and told me I really only needed to get the driver side done. Not only that, they gave me a great deal on a ball joint that I simply could not pass on. After all that, they even topped off my brake fluid and cleared my light for absolutely no extra cost. Great service, and very quick. Guys there were super knowledgeable and even gave me a solid quote on rust/dent/scratch fix after the job was done. Very satisfied with how my car was returned to me, and I will definitely be coming back for any other service I need. All I can say is, if you need something done, these are the guys to go to and I will definitely be bringing my family’s car’s here in the near future??”
