“Came to see Jimmy for a tire replacement after Midas kept me waiting for 3 hours as “the next car in the line”. I am originally from West Harrison and remembered Jimmy’s shop and gave him a call. He ordered the tire I needed and I stopped by 2 hours later. Fast, courteous, professional installation, at about 15% cheaper than Midas (even with their “coupons”). I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tire and break work than Jimmy’s shop!”

Jim was patient and kind as he guided me through finding the size of my tires so that he could order the new ones in advance and have them ready at the time of of my appointment. I got 4 new tires and a wheel alignment in a few short hours. Jim communicated with me via text when one issue came up. Overall, it was a good experience, my car is driving well, and I would recommend to a friend.”

“My tire caught a flat and I was looking for the nearest tire shop, and stopping at Mavis was the best decision I made. As soon as I drove in I was immediately greeted by the workers Alex Angelo George and Ahmad. The gave me the best customer service, I was helped by all 4 of them. They put put air in my donut and patched my tire up in less than half an hour of me being there. They saw I was in a rush and got me out of there quickly. I'm not from Mount Vernon but I would definitely go back there for their business and professionalism! They treated me like family! Any car issues they got you!
