“It seems like there are two different types of tops markets; community and international. Community types have all of your basic needs and then some. There's a wide variety of foods, produce, and bakery products, and produce items and meats to choose from and also carry seasonal items and various baking and cooking gaggets. O! let's not forget the customer service center: pay bills, lotto, complaints, and refunds.
The international ones have the same as mentioned above and a lot more in international meals and food items to choose from and are bigger stores.

“This place has one of everything! ... except a stove top tea kettle for which I was searching. I did find a few items, as did my daughter - so we didn't leave empty-handed. Store was neat, clean and well organized. I'd go back if there are other items needed for my home or gifting.”

“In the Sephora store in Kohl's Veronica took care of me. I needed all new make up. She spent so much time with me so everything would be perfect. She also stayed an hour past her quitting time! That is true dedication. I highly recommend her!!!
At Kohl's I needed a pair of boots and the person who helped me was Matt. I described to him exactly what I wanted and the first pair he handed me to try on were perfect!!!! Also my size is hard to find. I think this is the first time in my life I didn't have try on at least 5-10 pairs. They were perfect! Thank you Matt.

“Super nice store, lots of variety, but the cashier was the slowest I'd ever seen in my life. Maybe new, but would scan then talk to peers and then stop and talk. It was frustrating. She was nice, but had no sense of urgency.”

When I called to make the appointment the phone was answered by Johnathan Gonzales. He was very unprofessional over the phone, it felt like he was bothered and wanted to finish the conversation as fast as possible.
That can be a turn off for new customers.
If he doesn't have any customers service skills, he should not be answering the phone.
Personal moods are not acceptable in a work environment.
This is not the first time I had an interaction with him.

“This is my preferred place to shop for clothing. Mostly urban and work wear. You won't find formal clothing here but the stuff they have is nice and cheap. Took a star off because some of the cashier's wake up on the wrong side of the bed.”

“For us it was a just a normal Target store. Nothing new. We like to get our snacks from Target. Doritos Dynamite was all gone except for one single piece so we got it(thankfully as it was a long drive for us!) Staff at the check out counter was a nice lady! I really loved her Solar Eclipse Tshirt!”

I'm not into skinny straight legged jeans, and TJ Maxx has nothing but those for sale. Another thing I noticed about TJ Maxx, they take forever to cash you out.”
