“Due to Raynaud’s Syndrome, it is basically impossible to unscrew the four little valve stem covers to check the tire pressures and add air wherever necessary. However, when my low tire pressure light came on the other day, in 9 degree weather. I messaged Monser Bros in hopes of a miracle and I got one! It didn’t cost me a thing, but I chose to tip the man for helping me out! Great customer service!! Thank you!!”

“I have just purchased a Hyundai product PALISADE 2024 from this dealer. Staff members and sales representatives are very friendly and helpful . However, I experienced some communication difficulties during the process with sales personnel as they are not frequently available and we are remotely dealing with everything . But they offer a very good price and smooth negotiation. My car was delivered in a timely manner. Sales manager (Matt) is very helpful at the end of the process. Sales consultant Garyn is a wonderful person to deal with. I am highly recommending my friends and family to deal with Royal Hyundai of Oneonta! They are one of the best in New York!”

“My husband and I cannot thank this establishment enough for their help! We live 3 hours away. On our way to Oneonta to give our daughter (a SUNY Oneonta student) her car back after getting it inspected for her, the car began smoking and making noises. We didn't know what to do! We googled mechanics in the area. The first one we stopped at, lended no help. We went to Nate's next. He took one look and knew right away that the problem was the water pump. He said that he could fix it the next day. He even gave us advice as to a taxi service to help us out. We were stressed and upset, but Nate's saved the day! We took their business card and told our daughter to place it in her wallet for all future car issues! This place treated us with kindness, empathy and compassion. To us, this says a lot about a business! Nate's was also extremely reasonably priced! They permitted us to pay for the service in advance, so the cost would not be a burden for our daughter. We cannot recommend Nate's enough! Thank you Nate's for amazing service and for helping this very stressed out family during a troubling time!”

“Lance and Joe have an exceptional knowledge of vehicle parts, an extensive history with them, and - most importantly - the desire to give the customer the benefit of their experience. The very large inventory of commonly used parts is also very helpful, as is the wide variety of in-stock tools. Locally owned parts stores are always the way to go versus chain stores. Assuming, of course, that you want to get the correct, high quality part the first time, and not spend your day going back and forth to find one that fits and / or works.”
“Was camping nearby this summer while my son was playing baseball at Cooperstown and had a problem with my fuel system. A local at the park recommended Hausmann's and they were very friendly and helpful. They took care of my repair quickly for a very reasonable price. So glad we found them. “I give Matt's Auto 5 Stars because from the Second I Called and asked my questions regarding my Vehicle, they explained it very Clear to me. Their Communication with Problems and how things work in General is Absolutely Professional and Amazing. They helped me understand, because I'm your typical girl. I don't feel like I got "Ripped off" they actually pinpointed the Problems and told me the things that needed to be done, and how to do it and how much it would cost to do it. They were very gracious with us being Late. And they were just super nice in General. We won't make it a habit, but I did get out of work a little later than expected. And they were Very Patient with My Husband and I. I made my next appointment with them and it was an Honor doing so. In fact, I will be coming here for all my Automotive needs. Also I would just like to Point out that that is the CHEAPEST I HAD ever had my tires put on!! And the Fastest!! One time I sat for a little over 2 hours at Mr. Tire. And 1.5 hours at Monser. I dropped my Car off at 9am and we received a call back saying the work was all done at 10:00am!! Phenomenal!! I also like that the first thing they did was take it down the road and test drive it. Every time I brought it to my other places I NEVER seen them test drive it, even after the fact. I feel like I was made a Priority there and they treated me and my Car with Respect. And it was Fitting To Us Financially! Thanks Matt Auto!!”

I arrived at the dealership shortly after we spoke and he had two possible options pulled up for us to look at. He was knowledgeable on both.After choosing a vehicle our experience continued to be smooth and painless!Russell (finance) was great at providing information on warrantees so we could the best choice for our situation.Exceptional Experience start to finish!!”

“Nice people that do a great job! I wanted to get a funky 1960's English made carb rebuilt and another carb company told me they don't work on that model. Treadwell Carb said something like, "Yeah, they are fussy but I get parts in direct from the UK to service those" Got it back, bolted it on and started right up and has run smoothly for the past 5 years without adjustments. Mailing them a different carb today and looked up their address for shipping and decided to leave them a review.”

“Hit a deer and went to 3 auto bodies for quotes and Gerber Collision was the best and easiest to work with. Had the most amazing experience right from the beginning with estimate, which was fair and itemized that I could understand + service rates posted. They ordered parts and it was a quick turn around and fast repair. Their team went above and beyond, including friendly person and at front desk and the cutest shop dog Doughnut. The communication was clear and timely, includes print out of estimate and repair receipts. The repair looks great + they made the car look even better then I brought it in with vacuum and light cleaning, even shined up the other headlight (that the deer hadn’t smashed). Highly recommend, the best for collisions and glass in the area.”
