“These guys work hard! Day in day out. Has the pandemic taught us nothing? Have some patience, be polite, be respectful to others and you will get treated with respect. These people complain about the littlest of things. I’ve seen people talk down to and abuse the staff that works there. If someone comes into your place of business/ work and disrespects you(bad reviews) how would you handle it? Exactly. Stop being disrespectful towards the staff there due to the color or their skin. Stop using your privilege to justify your infantile behavior. For the life of GOD these people worked day in and day out during the pandemic. While your privilege narcissistic behinds stay home getting fat, lazy, mindless on how to treat other humans with respect. West Nyack Post Office You Rock !!!!”
“Had such a great experience with an amazing employee today a big thank you to Candice at UPS in Croton she just went above and beyond for me and it’s so nice to feel that someone can just do a small gesture to help me out she made my day! She has always been so nice and has such a warm smile when she greats you and always says have a great day. Shipping or buying their mailing supplies is always an easy experience and I prefer it to the post office. They move the line very quickly, if there even is one , and they explain all the options for shipping very well.”

“I had very positive experiences. Scott and the woman at the counter were great. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We came for the passport appointment as a family of 3. We were 10 mins late as I had realized I needed to take copies of the documents. Scott was super accommodating and was so fast that it took about 30 mins to have all new passports done (ton of papers to attach and put in order!!!). I rare leave reviews but Scott definitely deserves some recognition!!! Copies of the documents were taken at USPS. I have successfully received my passport.”
“The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! “I asked THE UPS STORE #5527 to arrange the collection, packaging and despatch of a print I had bought at auction. It was framed. The initial estimate covered the cost of packaging a highly breakable frame. I didn’t want the frame and asked my contact at UPS if he could remove it and send the print rolled in a tube. I expected the normal bureaucratic procedural response: ‘ we do not interfere in customer’s items ..’ etc etc. but no, not at the all: the extremely friendly intelligent and responsive UPS person said he would take the print out and send it frameless and thus reduced the costs by 60% ! Not only that but throughout this interaction he guided me through the nuances of the payment system and other potential problems

Many organisations - often while they are making you wait hours to talk one of their operatives- claim that ‘customer service is our priority’. This usually rings false; profits and share prices are their priority. But in the case of THE UPS STORE #5527 this mantra is true !”

It's in a cute area, across the street from a cafe. The post office was clean, and not busy whatsoever. Also, the mail clerk who helped me was kind, helpful, and professional.
