“This is the only UPS store we use. Everyone there is always so helpful. Many times I have gone there and they are always so cheerful. We also use their notary. Such a fantastic place! My sons run a coffee business and sometimes we have lots of boxes and it is never a problem. They are just so amenable!!!”

“Quick, fast and friendly service. I shop a lot online and usually have to return Amazon items. I love that it’s free through the UPS store and I don’t necessarily have to wrap my item (although I usually put it back in an Amazon box or bag). Quick, easy scanning of the QR code. There is never a line, I’m in and out. Very reliable.”

I come to this post office because it's close to us, closes at 3 on Saturdays, and the folks behind the desk are so helpful and nice. Never have had an issue and I've had service by different personnel. I like this over any other post office in Rockland... especially palisades mall where one person in particular is rude and miserable.”

“To be honest, I’ve only ever found helpful folks behind the desk at the Nyack post office.An example. Today I went to ship 4 separate insulated packages of Swiss chocolate and the clerk (Jessica) was super helpful and charismatic. She recommended the flat rate shipping sleeve to reduce the price and number of days it would take to ship the perishable items. Really saved my wallet and my worry about my gifts melting in the summer heat. ❤️”
