“The owner was very helpful and informative. He took the time to show me diagrams and simulations of the problems with my car to make it easier for me to understand. He was transparent and thorough about everything he was doing. They even gave me a ride home when I had to leave my car with them. One of a kind service, I highly recommend.”
“I had to write this review, Chris and his team at Barnwell deserve 100 STARS. I was driving on Wellwood Avenue and hit a pot hole, my low profile tire immediately blew out and every light in my car came on. I spotted the Barnwell Tire sign down the road and was relieved., I went into the office and was greeted by Chris with a big smile and an offer to help. I was not familiar with low profile tires and that once they blow they are trash. Chris looked in my trunk for a spare tire as he did not have the brand of tire I needed in stock. My car is a 2009 and the spare was never used, he asked his mechanics to remove the blown tire and replace it with the spare, the mechanics made sure that the spare was up to par for my ride back to Queens. Needless to say, I made it back to Queens with no problem and my tire was replaced. The Customer Service provided by Chris and his team was outstanding and in these times a breath of fresh air. Chris gave me his business card and said if I ever needed anything just to reach out to him and I certainly will.
When I went to pay I was told “this one’s for pop’s”. They wouldn’t take any money. Who does that in this day and age? I’m just sorry I didn’t get the gentleman’s name at the counter. Anyway thank you. I cannot begin to tell you how much that meant to all of us.”
“If I could give them 10 stars I’d give them 10 stars. These guys are amazing! They offer great service at low cost, friendly atmosphere and even pigeons? I bought a few of them!I like that they take your car problem as they own and make sure everything works perfectly! Unlike other shops they don’t do what u don’t need to be done. They address real problems for symbolic cost. Highly recommend them to everyone!”
