“I had used another local service station for 30 years until the owner retired and shut the business down. I was lost because I do most of my own work and I really don’t like anyone touching my vehicles. I tried another local station and was really disappointed until a few people recommended Mark and Paul. I have mostly dealt with Mark but they are both really great, honest, reliable, respectful people and they definitely know what they are doing. “I showed up on a rainy morning a half hour after they opened. I was immediately greeted. I had a flat tire in the trunk of my car. I needed all 4 tires replaced, but I didn't want to spend a lot since I was only keeping my car for another 6 months to a year. The technician showed me a few tire options and prices. Ultimately I chose a tire and the installed price was $480, which I thought was very reasonable for a very decent off brand 50k mile tire. I googled the tires while they were being mounted and balanced. My car was in and out of the shop in 30 minutes. The tech even put my donut spare back in its exact spot in the trunk so i didnt have to do it.”

His staff couldn't fix the problem but he researched and discovered that it was a dealer defect and has a recall on it I contacted Hyundai and the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about until she asked around. I’ve had flats twice (no fault of theirs - people keep leaving giant screws in the road for me or my wife to drive over) and each time they have gotten me in and out and back on the road super quickly. “Shredded a tire on the recently re-surfaced Northern State Parkway. Luckily did not lose control, but definitely driving on a rim until I could pull over on wide shoulder. Was recommended Broadway Tire/Sal in Amityville on 110, and glad I was l, indeed. Don't be put off by the informal vibe, this is not a large corporate place, but a caring local business. Thought I needed a rim repaired, I did not...they had a tire in stock, tire rotation, recalibration and donut put back in trunk, with everything back in place.Honest, hard-working group of guys, reasonable price, more than competent service=Highest Recommendation!”
