Along with explaining my bill going forward and answer all my questions, I’m grateful again for his patience bc I’m not the best with technology and he kept it simple and transparent with honesty. “Dia is the best. She is so professional and very polite. She knows her job well. I came in as I have some issue with my mom’s phone and she resolved that issue and also told us about the phone promotion and we both ended up getting new iPhone 15’s. She is the best. I would definitely recommend seeing Dia if you are coming to this store. I saw her expertise as she was handling two customer at one time and also she stayed late in the store for us. “What can I say….. Well Long story short after 4 days, 2 different stores, in 2 different states, and about 10 different reps from both AT&T customer/Tech support and Asurion support not one of them knew the problem that I was having with my apple watch not connecting to cellular until JAHMEZ.
Within 5-10 minutes of coming in he figured out what every expert and everyone else couldn’t. He handle us with expertise professionalism and he was so personable. He explained everything so thoroughly I wish they could clone him and put him to train and be in every call center/store. My parents also go to him now for anything and he always figures it out or gets the answer. Don’t go to any other store go to this one and see JAHMEZ he has the answers.”
