Sam was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explained all the different phones and what would best meet my needs. I could tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the store loyalty and its customers. Thank you Sam for this pleasant experience. I know that all cricket stores are not run this way, as earlier this week I stopped by my local cricket, spent over an hour with an untrained salesperson and computers which were down.
