“I've been doing banking at this location for over 30 years. Throughout the years and changes the one thing that has never changed is the amazing customer service this branch always provides. Going to this bank is not just a transactional event, it is visiting close friends who make you feel like family. Tim, Jen, Rita and the crew always give me the best service anyone can ask for along with always being upbeat, positive smiling and happy to see me. They always are interested and how I'm doing and that I'm doing well. They always help me with my banking needs and always are sure to take a look at my portfolio and make sure I'm taking advantage of all the things Kinecta has to offer. This branch is heavily focused on paying attention to the small and important details that larger banks always miss on. Everytime I get cash there, they always take the extra time to make sure my bills are all facing the same direction when handed to me across the counter. The place is always clean, has appropriate upbeat music on an appropriate volume level for their customers to better enjoy their experience. Not to mention free coffee and tea as well. I enjoy my trips there so much that I never use the ATM or their new drive up window.
If you're a stickler for customer service, then I suggest giving this crew at Kinecta Webster a shot!! I couldn't be more pleased and look forward to my next visit. Cheers!”

“Can't speak on behalf of the others experiences, but ESL has been good to me. The wait time for a representative can be a bit long at times but I always hang up feeling better afterwards so small price to pay.”

“Great credit union very friendly staff. I have had an account here since I was a kid and never had any issues! The only negative thing I have to say is the hours of operation are worse than normal banking hours as they close at 430 and have no Saturday hours. Also the phone system doesn't have a holding line so if they are busy you have to just keep calling back instead of waiting on hold. All in all I would a recommendThem as a secondary bank.”

“I've been w this bank 18 yrs even 2 I had to go to NJ to care got uncle blinded, & I've never ever had a problem w a withdrawal deposit never a prob, I can call 24/7 & always get a correct amswer from a good polite caring knowledgeable cust serv rep 10 yrs of calls & if I was double chahed or charged for something I shouldn't have been they credit acct immediate & do a fraud 8nvestigation this bank, I feel is the brsy I will stay w them forever, as not 1 time did I EVER HAVE A PR9N HAVE TO HOLD LONGEER THAN FEW MINUTES EVEN NOE DURUNG COVID I CANNOT D AS Y ENUF ABOUT THE WUAIKTY OF SERVICES AR CITIZENS BANKING IN BANK ON PHONE DOESN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE”

“I signed up for an Amazon Visa. I was having a hard time connecting it to my account. Michael Palumbo helped me and I really appreciated it. I kept apologizing because I work in customer service and know it can be tedious with this stuff but he was very kind and patient and kept reassuring me. He even took some of his time to explain Chase's freedom unlimited card to me since I am working on my credit journey. I was grateful to speak to someone who was happy to help. It's hard to find workers like that nowadays.
