I did not buy my Cadillac here but went in for a a service question. I was met in the lobby by a man who was helpful and guided me to the service desk. Chris came out to help me, diagnosed my problem and had me fixed up in minutes. He genuinely cared about my situation and was polite, helpful and thorough. Very pleased.
