Car Rental in Watertown, NY

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would..to me 5 is not enough. Shawn has the best customer service me and my husband witnessed since we moved here from Maryland. We were having car problems and needed a rental to get us through the weeks so my husband and I can get to work till our car was finished. He understood our troubles and helped us and worked with us so we wouldn’t be stuck between a rock in a hard place. He was very informative about Watertown and where to go or what we needed to do in order for us to get our ducks in a row. Like I said we just moved here and knew nothing about anything. But Shawn helped us every step of the way. Very nice and caring person. Since we moved down here Shawn is the only person we trust and not take advantage of the fact we were not from here. And for that we are forever and truly Grateful for his excellent hospitality and excellent customer service. Thank you for everything.”

“Robert Mulligan at your Watertown, NY location saved the day for us. He was beyond helpful, not only in getting us our rental ahead of schedule (our travel plans put us in town earlier than expected) but also managing to handle all of this after the Watertown location had already been hours past closing time. He did all of this with a smile on his face, amazing attitude. I didn't enough customer service like this still existed. We can't thank Robert enough, give this man a raise ASAP!”

“Used them twice. Most affordable for people without a lot of money who need it vehicle for a few days. Vehicle was mostly clean and in good shape. Only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t want you out to go more than 100 miles away from their business and one of my occasional recreational places was a 104 miles, but other than the 100 mile conditions I would definitely recommend them”

“I was a little skeptical about using this Hertz based on the previous reviews here but the rental process for me was smooth. The lady at the front desk was polite. I returned my rental after hours, filled out my return form and put it along with the keys in the Dropbox and had no problem with the return. My final total of the rental was actually a bit cheaper than my estimated total so that was nice. Based on my experience, I recommend this Hertz.”
