“Was across the border shopping and I ended up with a piece of plastic dragging under my car. Gave them a call and asked if they could look at it. They said no problem just might be a bit of a wait as some techs are on lunch. Waited about half hour and headed over. I was in and out in no time! Fabulous customer service, very friendly and fixed my issue at no charge! Thank you Midas!”
“I am a mechanic’s daughter and came more than 2 hours away after viewing vehicles all over the state. I was extremely impressed with the quality as well as communication and friendliness. It was extremely simple to buy a vehicle and Karen made it very easy and was there for any help from the start. The lifetime engine warranty alone is such a great deal but to have professional and reliable service topped it off. I will be back for a further review after having the vehicle for a bit. But so far no issues and I have had it looked at by two local mechanics. Very happy and hope to do business again soon.”

“Highly recommend!! They are very great!! With all our hopes almost gone after going to mostly all the mechanics (or at least call them and told them about our problem with a diagnosis code we got from one auto shop but to end up either asking for another diagnostic scan with a higher fee or can't help at all). Called Bigelow and told them our problem, gave them the codes that were given to us and Scott (please correct me if I named the manager wrong lol), knows what we are talking about and gave us that hope that we needed! They work fast with the appointment time they provided. Really great customer service. They will tell you if they can and can't. Pretty straightforward as well. Most likely never going back to other auto shops.”

“We were traveling from out of town on vacation when a piece of metal flew off a flat bed on 81 and we couldn't avoid it and ran it over. We then had a terrible vibration and rubbing noise. We stopped at the service center and they immediately pulled our car in and were able to identify the bent drive shaft bracket. They fixed it and we were on our way again with no problems. We were there less than 20 mins and back to vacation. We had our black lab with us and they welcomed her into their waiting room with no problems. The guys were so friendly and polite! It was an amazing experience!”

“I'm "only" giving 5 starts because there are no more available. What an awesome experience start to finsh. Every person I talked to at Gerber was kind and helpful and they were up front with any potential glitch. They got me in sooner than I expected, and completed the repair much sooner than expected. They provided status updates twice per week and they handled all the details with my insurance company. Nobody ever wants to need collision repair, but if you ever do, this is the place!”

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would..to me 5 is not enough. Shawn has the best customer service me and my husband witnessed since we moved here from Maryland. We were having car problems and needed a rental to get us through the weeks so my husband and I can get to work till our car was finished. He understood our troubles and helped us and worked with us so we wouldn’t be stuck between a rock in a hard place. He was very informative about Watertown and where to go or what we needed to do in order for us to get our ducks in a row. Like I said we just moved here and knew nothing about anything. But Shawn helped us every step of the way. Very nice and caring person. Since we moved down here Shawn is the only person we trust and not take advantage of the fact we were not from here. And for that we are forever and truly Grateful for his excellent hospitality and excellent customer service. Thank you for everything.”

“After driving here from LI to visit my daughter my Subaru started to make a strange noise. Being far from my regular dealership it was a concern that visiting this unfamiliar dealership would be ok. We had a bad experience with a different vehicle and dealership years ago (Toyota).
I have to say this was a GREAT experience. From arranging for a loaner car with Ashley, to getting updated about what was wrong, to not feeling like I was being taken advantage of because I was so far from home.
