“I can not say enough GREAT things about Jack's Auto Service. They really came to the rescue for me and my car! They were able to diagnose and FIX the issue within my car that had baffled other mechanics. She now runs better than ever! These are experts in their field, and (maybe more importantly) they are trustworthy, helpful, good people. I have to mention Linda (office operations +). She helped me arrange a tow (remotely), tried to help me rule out possibilities/ understand the issue over the phone (she is very knowledgable) and was so, so courteous. I felt like she made solving my car problem a mission, and I think that the overall curiosity + the garage's competency made it happen.
