“We were introduced to Matt's Auto Body years ago after a fender bender. Their honesty and workmanship was outstanding. This week we had to return for a minor issue... a leak somewhere in the back hatch of my HONDA HRV causing water to pool in the spare tire wheel well. From Randi who answered the initial phone call to Mike who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to solve the mysterious leak service was excellent! I am 100% sure if I took this to the dealership I would have been taken for a financial ride for something according to Mike a simple fix! “I can’t recommend Extreme Towing enough. I called at 3 am on a Sunday and he answered on the second ring which I wasn’t expecting honestly. I had a box truck stuck down a hill in the mud and needed to be winched out and towed. Tom showed up before his estimated ETA time and called me to keep me updated on his location. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and I honestly did not think he would be able to get the truck out and if he did, we would be there for hours, but that was not the case at all. He came well equipped with tools, ropes, and wood 15 minutes later he had the truck out and on the road. He loaded my box truck on his flat bed and towed it from Hyde Park all the way to Staten Island. He communicated with me throughout the trip as to his location and eta. When the shop received the box truck, they as well said how great Tom was when he dropped the truck off. He called them 30 minutes prior to arrival and once he arrived, he asked them where they want the truck and if there were any special instructions. Once he dropped off the truck, he called me and informed me of his conversation with the shop as well as sent me pictures of the location the truck was dropped off and the person he spoke to. I have to say his price was great for the tow and winch out I was prepared to be charged a hefty sum. Extreme Towing by far is the BEST company I have dealt with and in my line of work I have used emergency roadside service before and I definitely recommend Extreme towing.Services: Special vehicle towing”

“I had a car accident where I hit the side of my Land Rover into the guard rail on the Taconic Highway in order to avoid a deer that was crossing. The side of the suv took a terrible hit on the body.I'm absolutely so glad I found BTO Autoworks through word of mouth. They do not have the biggest online presence, but rest assured they are a GREAT autobody shop. Ray and his staff did a great job fixing my suv back to new. What I appreciated most from my visit, is the clearly defined timeline and the no nonsense. I checked two other auto body shops in Poughkeepsie and they were telling me there would be a 30 day wait... or they would tell me to leave the car and wait an undefined amount of time. It was clear my suv wouldn't be prioritized for bigger projects. With BTO Autoworks there's none of that, it is strictly professional. It took about a week to get parts and a week for labor. They ran diagnostics, dye test, charged my system and didn’t charge me for any of it since they couldn’t fix the issue. Jojo recommended another auto body shop locally, who specializes in German cars to which I was able to get my problem resolved.
