Barbra in the office was acomodating despite the fact I was in a bit of a time crunch and i came in at the last minute. And the repairman Wilson had the job done within 45 min (fixed a bent rim, balancing all tires AND rotation) all for less the half the cost of replacing the bent rim at the dealer. “After attempting to restore my 2014 5 series at a local shop I had bee using for about a year, I decided to get the work done checked by Rick because I came to an understanding that the shop guy was incompetent when it came to the minute details of upgrading the parts. Rick's analysis of the shoddy work left me flabbergasted. As it was nearly $10,000 worth of parts in labor I paid for. Got it all refunded and had CIM Motorsports take the wheel. Rick and his team are diligent, professional as well as proficient. I had my axles, ignition coils, and bushings upgraded as well as all of my fluids and filters replaced so far. I'm quite pleased and plan on finishing all of the other upgrades at CIM Motorsports. Customer service and feedback as usual is stellar as I've been there a couple of times. They'll take good care of you and even more so, your vehicle.”

“Road trip back from NH to NC had a brake issue that was urgently needing to be repaired. Staff there was amazing! They not only assisted me immediately, found the cause, got the part, repaired the problem and honestly charged me only what the repair was. Total of my repair was 37.00 They could have easily take advantage and overcharge me but they didn't. My angels that day were JP and Jonathan. Thank you so much for helping me to get back on the road.”

“Good used tire shop. They had me in and out quickly. Cash only. Was reading some reviews and any tire shop you go to will charge you $15-25 each tire to mount and balance not including price of tire. So take that into consideration when you think $60 is too expensive.”

“The staff went above and beyond, my car got damaged while I was on a work trip all the way from boston. When it happened your local store was the first I turned to, upon finding out my situation they found a tire and rim that could be overnighted so that I wouldnt have to stay the projected extra 4-5 days first expected to recive the parts. They then called me in the morning to set expectations of when it would be done then completed the job faster than they told me, allowing me to get my car back and drive home to my family. Outstanding overall and I'm very grateful.”

“Went here with my mom on Sunday November 19th 2023 to pick up a few things for thanksgiving. we picked up a free turkey, which was a whole turkey, so if you like dark meat that's your go to! We also picked up a pepperoni tray, some cheeses, milks, and some plates. We used some coupons for our items, and paid with a cashier and had fast service. However, one of the coupons didn't come off, so we had to go to member services in the front to obtain cash back for the coupon that didn't come off. that line also moved quickly. Will be back next time we need bulk items!”
