“I had previously used this Mavis location happily but then had problems there so stopped. I reluctantly went in this morning with a screw in my tire. The welcome was lovely and the staff had all changed. Instead of waiting for a whole day (this used to be a thing) they plugged the tire as requested and quoted me a fantastic price for 2 new tires. Justin went out of his way to be polite, respectful and engaging. He also responded to me like he was actually listening to what I said. Wow! How things have changed there! “After attempting to restore my 2014 5 series at a local shop I had bee using for about a year, I decided to get the work done checked by Rick because I came to an understanding that the shop guy was incompetent when it came to the minute details of upgrading the parts. Rick's analysis of the shoddy work left me flabbergasted. As it was nearly $10,000 worth of parts in labor I paid for. Got it all refunded and had CIM Motorsports take the wheel. Rick and his team are diligent, professional as well as proficient. I had my axles, ignition coils, and bushings upgraded as well as all of my fluids and filters replaced so far. I'm quite pleased and plan on finishing all of the other upgrades at CIM Motorsports. Customer service and feedback as usual is stellar as I've been there a couple of times. They'll take good care of you and even more so, your vehicle.”

“I am so thankful for Service Tire Truck Center being in my area. They were the only ones within a 75 mile radius that were glad to work on a bus, after numerous failed attempts at contacting other “heavy duty repair places” who simply said they didn’t work on buses, despite the tires being the same size as a truck.I called up STTC and they were more then willing to help, they were fast, affordable and kept me informed every step of the way. “Good used tire shop. They had me in and out quickly. Cash only. Was reading some reviews and any tire shop you go to will charge you $15-25 each tire to mount and balance not including price of tire. So take that into consideration when you think $60 is too expensive.”

“The staff went above and beyond, my car got damaged while I was on a work trip all the way from boston. When it happened your local store was the first I turned to, upon finding out my situation they found a tire and rim that could be overnighted so that I wouldnt have to stay the projected extra 4-5 days first expected to recive the parts. They then called me in the morning to set expectations of when it would be done then completed the job faster than they told me, allowing me to get my car back and drive home to my family.
