“I've been going for 3 years. Started off as a crossfit box and has evolved such that you don't have to take "crossfit" classes. You can do cardio, strength and boxing classes. I'm 56 and there are things I just can't do with traditional crossfit anymore but have no trouble with the other classes. I get a super hard workout each time. Like I told the owner, I come because I don't like working out but I know that if I just show up -mission accomplished. Hard working guys do a great job to make this place the best! Highly recommend.”

Make no mistake— this is a HARD workout, but if I know I have a busy week and can only exercise once, it’s going to be this. “Amy at RB Fitness is the literal best! I’ve been training with her for about 2 months and it’s been bittersweet! She’s someone who pushes you and motivates you to keep aspiring toward your goal. “Took classes with Lyn! She's amazing, you'll definitely have an amazing time and leave feeling really good. She makes sure that every student, no matter the level, is cratered to and getting the hang of things. If you don't get out much, Tuesday nights will give you all of the vibes at vibez! “Recently came out to this location after taking class with Adib at another location! He always keeps you hyped, engaged and motivated. His classes are top notch and he helps everyone. Adib is one of the reasons why I have kept up with BBB. It is important to have a trainer that loves what they do and is able to keep you inspired and is encouraging to help you get the best workout you can. You get out what you put it but trainers also make a world of a difference. Highly recommend trying it out!”

“My close friend told me to try this gym when I wanted to start my fitness journey. I had my first class with Carlos and I never went back to Planet fitness again. The vibes of this gym is amazing. You come here to work and lose that weight and that is something I needed. When you go to regular gym you have to motivate yourself and you have to wait for machines and other issues. At this gym, the trainers guide you throughout the whole class. They do a full body workout which is good so you get in full shape. I have had classes with all the trainers and had a great experience each time. I love Salim, Carlos, Kristen, Chanthall, Jonathan and Adib. They are absolutely the best and keep me motivated in my journey in losing my weight. Before BBB, I couldn't do burpees, I couldn't run laps, I couldn't do mountain climbers and I was so out of shape. Now, I am still in my journey but so much stronger than I ever been. I love going to this gym because it is a community and it is the happiest I ever been.”

“Love this place. My membership is strictly for access to the gym not for the classes. The space itself is well kept and very open. It is perfect for a workout. I enjoy the easy access into the gym, simply open the door with my cellphone and get to work. I go in the early mornings and usually have the space all to myself and my tunes.Also Eoghan is awesome, he designed specific strength programs to improve my strength for my jujitsu training. I have nothing but positive things to say about Uptown Movement it is a really great place with wonderful people.”

“I joined 9 round in the beginning of July. The individualized instruction has motivated me to continue going back to 9 Round. The classes are a comfortable size, the gym is equipped with state of the art equipment. I felt & saw results within 3 weeks. “Going to be 63 years old in two weeks. I was just tired of being so big! I played college sports and have a black belt in karate. Been with Jim since the beginning of the year! We laugh and have great time! I like to think of myself as one of his success stories! I lost 35 pounds in 8 weeks and will be around as long as I can! The man is supportive but doesn’t pull any punches! Get off the couch!put in the work and it WILL PAY OFF! You can’t go home and eat a box of donuts ! “I love the intense work out that's adjustable for people at all fitness levels. The class pushes you to do your personal best and to keep improving your own strengths and goals. The coaches and staff are are all extremely knowledgeable and caring. Before orange theory I had no idea how to do a proper work out or how to target certain muscle groups, nor would I push myself to points that I thought possible.
