I was very upset on the phone and Mike made me feel so much better. To just bring it in and don’t think the worst before we know. I’m a single mom and the mechanic I originally brought it too said it could be so many things so I got super upset but Mike made me feel so much better. I highly recommend just on the fact that he cares.”
